The Work to be performed for Spread 3 of the Midship Pipeline Project consists of all activities necessary to complete the installation of approximately 80.5 miles of the 36-inch mainline natural gas pipeline, including ancillary facilities and mainline valves for Cheniere Midship Pipeline, LLC.

36-inch Midship Pipeline Project, Spread 3 Natural Gas Pipeline – Total installation of approximately 424,826 linear feet of a 36-inch diameter coated line pipe. The 36-inch pipeline will include appurtenances with a 1480 MAOP design from MLV1200-2 to MLV-1300-1 and a 1440 MAOP design from MLV-1300-1 to the receiver located in the proposed Bennington Meter Station, for an approximate total of 424,826 feet of right-of-way

Uncased Bore Crossings – Total of seventy-five (75) uncased bore crossings of the 36-inch diameter pipeline totaling approximately 6,168 feet.

HDD Crossings – Total of five (5) horizontal directional drill (“HDD”) crossings of the 36-inch diameter pipeline totaling approximately 10,749 feet

MLV Sites – The Work involves the complete, turn-key construction and installation of five (5) 36” main line valve assemblies, one of which is location within the Bennington Compressor Station.

Receiver Site outside of the Bennington Meter Station – The Work involves the complete, turn-key construction and installation of one (1) 36” receiver assembly on the 36-inch pipeline, inclusive of Company-provided pre-fabricated receiver barrel assembly.
