Mike Dyess

Michael G. Dyess has been with MG Dyess since its inception in 1992. As a founding member, Dyess is responsible for all day-to-day operations, including oversight of construction crews, Quanta safety protocols, purchasing, and equipment. Every day, Dyess puts his three decades of construction experience to work for a wide array of clients in the energy field.
Since 1985, Dyess has worked in various construction positions. From assistant superintendent to foreman, from superintendent to vice president, Dyess has overseen the construction of several crucial pipelines and knows how to detect and resolve issues before they even occur. He has an eye for efficiency and a mind for safety, and, with our Quanta-backed safety model, Dyess’s construction sites are leading the industry in safety standards. “It’s not just about what you do,” Dyess said. “It’s about how you do it.
